Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 to 14 business days for T shirts, apparel designs, and any apparel items. We handle a portion of our printing in-house, while some of our printing is completed by a trusted third party.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated directly by the United States Postal Service and from our third party shipping partners on apparel. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to the United States only. All domestic shipments are handled through the United States Postal Service.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Upon placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email. Once the order has shipped, a subsequent notification containing complete shipping details and tracking information will be provided.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your order, please contact the United States Postal Service directly.
All of our packages are securely prepared in house and clearly marked as fragile. If an item arrives damaged due to our packaging, we will replace the order. If an item is damaged due to rough handling by the post office, we are not responsible, but we will do our best to assist you with information and guidance where possible.
